Overview

The B.Voc program in Computing equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the rapidly evolving field of IT, ensuring they are well-prepared for a successful career.

It is an industry-integrated program aligned with the world's most evolved Swiss system of Vocational Education (also called Swiss Dual System).

B.Voc Program in Computing Skills opens doors to a wide range of career opportunities in the IT industry with competitive salaries, a chance to work on cutting-edge technologies like cybersecurity, cloud computing, IoT and more.

Duration: 3 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 10+2 (PCM preferred) or,
  • 2 years of ITI after 10th or Equivalent or,
  • Diploma holder entitled for lateral entry admission

Selection Procedure :
Admission will be through an Entrance Exam followed by a personal interview.

Workplace Training-III

  • First Year

    Basic knowledge about the IT service industry for the job role of IT support technician, network technician, system administrator, and programmer.

  • Second Year

    The students can reach upto the higher roles such as an IT senior service technician, network engineer, software engineer, database administrator, app and web developer and server administrator.

  • Third Year

    The students can reach upto an IT expert, IT project manager, cloud solutions architect, IOT engineer, and cybersecurity specialist.

  1. Applications in the prescribed format for undergraduate programs (B.Voc) are invited from eligible candidates.
  2. After reviewing the applications, selected candidates are invited for the BSDU Common Admission Test 2024.
  3. Qualified candidates from the entrance test will appear before the interview panel for personal interviews.
  4. After compiling all the assessment weightage, a merit list of successful candidates is prepared and notified to the candidates.
  5. All successful candidates are then called for counselling sessions, document verification, and fee payment as per the notified schedule to complete the admission modalities

*For all courses, an additional fee of Rs 6,000 will be collected in the 1st semester. This includes a Rs 1,000 registration fee and a Rs 5000 caution money deposit. The caution money is refundable upon completion of the B.Voc program.

Fee to be deposited within seven days of receiving provisional admission letter.
