An alumnus of BITS & NIT Jamshedpur, Dr B.K. Jha has 27 years of experience which includes 18 years of industrial and 9 years of Academic experience. As an academician, he worked as professor and head in symbiosis university of applied science Indore, JSS academy of technical education Noida and V.I.T University Vellore for 8 years.

He is presently heading as the Principal of the Faculty of Manufacturing Skills Education since April 2019.

He has a rich industry experience of 18 years through his service in BEML Ltd. Bangalore and Tata steel Jamshedpur at various levels.
