A Medical Nursing Assistant (MNA) works in all spheres of the healthcare system, such as hospitals, clinics or in homecare. The MNA supports the nursing staff in caring for patients and thus makes a valuable contribution to the healthcare system.
The MNAs, carry out professional assessments and evaluate results as the basis for planning interventions. Out of this the nursing staff can delegate executive tasks to the MNAs, which they can carry out independently or can assist the professional staff.
Caring for patients whose health conditions can fluctuate from stable to unstable present significant challenges. Managing this increased complexity requires not only accurate task execution but also the ability to adapt to new and unfamiliar situations.

Mrs. Neha Masih received her B degree in Nursing from Devi Vishwa Vidhyalaya University Indore in 2011 and M.sc degree in medical surgical Nursing speciality from DAVV University Indore in 2014. She has worked as an external examiner in Rajasthan University of Health Sciences and in various reputed institute such as Shubhdeep, IIMS, and DIMS.
She also provides online classes through an online platform to students all over India who are preparing from competitive exams. She has attended various conferences from prestigious hospitals and institutes like critical care from Max Super Speciality Hospital Delhi, closing the gap from evidence to action from Jamia Hamdard Medical College Delhi, wound care from MIBE Institute Indore etc. Right now she is working with BSDU as a Senior Trainer II in the Faculty of Healthcare & Paramedic Skills Education since Oct. 2021.
