Facility Management (FM) is the integration of people, places, processes, and technology to ensure the efficient operation of an organization. This newly designed course will introduce participants to the foundational principles of facility management and provide the knowledge needed to manage and maintain facilities effectively. Campuses and infrastructure around the world have professional facility managers, and the field is growing rapidly. As India and the world enter a new phase of infrastructural expansion fuelled by new technologies, BSDU is preparing the next generation of facility management professionals for life of fulfilment and success.

This UGC-approved course offers an industry-relevant curriculum, designed to meet the growing demands of infrastructure and technological advancements. It equips students with the skills needed for the modern facility management landscape.

Graduates can pursue careers in sectors such as corporate buildings, healthcare, hospitality, education, and more. The curriculum is regularly updated to ensure alignment with the latest industry trends.

Duration: 3 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 10+2 in any stream, or
  • 2 years of ITI after 10th

Selection Procedure :
Admission will be through an Entrance Exam followed by a personal interview.

  • First Year

    During the first year of workplace training, the student gains foundational knowledge about the facility management industry in the role of Facility Supervisor.

  • Second Year

    In the second year of workplace training, the student advances to higher roles, such as Facility Executive, within the service industry.

  • Third Year

    In the final year, the student progresses to roles equivalent to Assistant Facility Manager or Facility Manager.

  1. Applications in the prescribed format for undergraduate programs (B.Voc) are invited from eligible candidates.
  2. After reviewing the applications, selected candidates are invited for the BSDU Entrance Test.
  3. Qualified candidates from the entrance test will appear before the interview panel for personal interviews.
  4. After compiling all the assessment weightage, a merit list of successful candidates is prepared and notified to the candidates.
  5. All successful candidates are then called for counselling sessions, document verification, and fee payment as per the notified schedule to complete the admission modalities.

*For all courses, an additional fee of Rs 6,000 will be collected in the 1st semester. This includes a Rs 1,000 registration fee and a Rs 5000 caution money deposit. The caution money is refundable upon completion of the B.Voc program.

Fee to be deposited within seven days of receiving provisional admission letter.

All B.Voc programs are structured in a modular format, offering various entry and exit points at Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma levels.
