Healthcare and Paramedic specialists carry the professional responsibility throughout the care process. They are responsible for the planning, execution, delegation and monitoring of the care measures. After obtaining detailed information about the care needs and needs of the patients, they create a care concept. In the team they carry out the care measures and control their effect and success. They closely monitor the recovery process. In the documentation, they keep up to date with the latest developments and share their knowledge of ward reports and medical visits. They are frequently confronted with challenging situations in their work: they are available to patients who are in various states of physical and mental health and accompany people when dying.

In this way, they contribute to improving the quality of care.

Healthcre and Paramedic specialists work in hospitals, psychiatric clinics, nursing homes or care for patients at home. In their work, they not only take into account the state of health. In-charge's Message

We assume that students construct their knowledge differently depending on their previous experience. This means for teaching that the students can include different points of view depending on the context, so that a transfer-effective learning in their own area of competence can be achieved. Learning as an unconscious process is difficult to control and is understood as a personal process of appropriation which can be supported. Therefore, cooperation at eye level is a core element of our learning psychology. We assume that learning can be supported when teachers see learning through the eyes of the students. At the same time students should be supported to see learning through the eyes of a teacher. From the point of view of learning psychology, it is important that teachers appear trustworthy and competent and that they include the previous knowledge of the students. This is because the emotionality, the cultivation of relationships and the significance of the content are essential for learning success, the anchoring of knowledge and the development of competencies. Furthermore, from a learning psychology point of view, the promotion of self-efficacy, curiosity and imagination is central.
