Overview

The School of Office Administration provides training to students to become proficient in running the institution smoothly, effectively and efficiently. It includes routine daily activities that are related to financial planning, record keeping & billing, personnel, physical distribution and logistics, within an organization that are required to be performed by the Office Administrator as he plays a significant part in any organizational set-up regardless of the scale. Many administrative positions require the candidate to have an advanced skill set in the software applications Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. An office administrator is responsible to ensure that the administrative activities run efficiently, by providing structure to other employees throughout the institution. These activities can range from being responsible for the management of human resources, budgets and records, to undertaking the role of supervising other employees. These responsibilities can vary depending on the employer and level of education.

Objective

The programs under the School of School of Office Administration Skills are designed to:

  • Be trained to NSQF level 7 in at least one job role/ profile in field of Office Management

  • Be trained for multiple necessary skill sets and abilities under the domain of Office Management Skills in order to serve the need of business, Government, Industries etc.

  • Be able to secure job in any Organization as an Office Manager, Security Officer, Warehouse Supervisor etc.

  • Be trained & equipped with knowledge and understanding to start his/ her own enterprise in office management.

  • Be trained to demonstrate soft skills required for the job.

School of Office Administration Skills since its inception in 2018, has carved a niche for itself in the futuristic scenario of the Office Management Skills. The school has well established core values which have been instilled in the student community in order to enable them to excel in their chosen field, which is evident from the career spectrum of Office Management, Store Management, Security Management and Payroll Management Skills. Students are given the right environment for personal and professional skill development by Highly Qualified Faculty in soft skills as well as core Skills.

An office Administrative Manager is responsible to ensure that the Administrative activities run efficiently. These activities range from management of the human resources, financial resources, budgeting and record keeping to undertaking the role of supervising other employees. The school has modern world class Computer and IT Labs for hands on practice for students.

Our Moto is to produce Emotionally Intelligent and Computer Savvy Office Managers with strong interpersonal Skills inculcate to manage office Efficiently and Effectively.
